About This Project
On the numbers. The agreement declares a start of 340 lb. Day 1 is August 31, 2026; the Day 1 weigh-in states the first recorded figure. The archive at /daily/ and /penalties is the record. The homepage reads the live sheet and can lag.
What follows is Micheal Ray Berry in the first person. It is his account. It is not the holder of the record.
My name is Micheal Ray Berry. This website documents a voluntary accountability arrangement between adults I asked for in writing: a weight-loss commitment from a declared 340 pounds, kept under inspection, corrective requirements, and a permanent public record. The goal is 200 pounds, held 28 days.
I want structure in real life that I do not get to pick up and put down. Someone else holds the rules, the record, and the consequences. I asked for that because private promises kept failing.
I am required to file the packet every day by 10:00 PM Eastern: inspection video, four photographs, weight, tracker update, in the uniform.
What you see here is still documentation. Weight, packet, uniform, misses. Nothing else. The structure is the point. The photographs are the evidence. The exposure of a public failure record is not an accident of the design — it is part of what I asked for, in writing, within limits I set. I wanted accountability I could not take back, under my own name — that want is as real as the weight loss, and this project serves both.
I did not need more information, another private plan, or another promise to myself. I needed a structure that made my actions visible, measurable, and difficult to quietly abandon. In private, I could delay, renegotiate, restart, or stop recording when the results became uncomfortable. This project exists to remove those escape routes.
I respond to external structure, immediate verification, fixed deadlines, and consequences that cannot be casually negotiated in the moment. The project takes the decision away from the tired, discouraged, impulsive version of me and places it in rules established by the clear-minded version of me.
Every day produces a public record — successful or not — so progress is based on documented action rather than intention.

The Structure Behind This Record
This project is not self-directed. The Accountability Partner holds the official record. I do not.
I built this project and this website, and control of the official record sits with the Accountability Partner. That was the point. Previous attempts had the same weakness: I set the rules, which meant I could also move them. Under this project, the daily inspections, uniform, documentation standards, corrective requirements, and public record of failure operate under an agreement that I do not get to renegotiate on a bad day.
What I gave up is discretion over whether the results are documented and how compliance is judged.
The Accountability Partner administers the requirements, reviews the record, and determines whether a documented requirement has been satisfied. When a violation occurs, it remains part of the record. Every entry on this site is me presenting the required evidence for review by someone who is not me, because a record that I alone could revise whenever it became uncomfortable would defeat the purpose.
The uniform is part of that documentation standard: a plain black unitard and the same four recorded angles. The goal is to make records from different days directly comparable without changing the presentation to make a particular result look better or worse.
This is published under my real name because the accountability is intended to be real and attributable. I participate in the project; I do not unilaterally control its official record. That separation is the mechanism.
Voluntarily established and governed by the signed agreement below. The arrangement ends only by completion or its terms (§11, §13).

Local Accountability Partner
The record is administered remotely. The agreement provides (§3.2) for a second, local Accountability Partner — engaged by signed amendment — to verify in person what the camera can only attest. Scope and requirements are set in writing under the agreement; nothing binds until written, logged publicly, and co-signed. Identity stays private (§12.2).

Why My Real Name Is Used
This project is attached to my real legal name because anonymity would weaken the accountability. In the past, it has been too easy to restart privately, hide failure, change direction, or abandon the process without a lasting public record.
The point is not branding. The point is consequence.
Why the Attire Is Standardized
Required photos and videos are recorded in the project uniform so that changes are visible, comparisons are consistent, and the record cannot be softened by flattering clothing, angles, or presentation.
The purpose is not fashion. The purpose is honesty.
Daily Documentation
Every day by 10:00 PM Eastern: a four-angle inspection video published to the official record and posted publicly to YouTube, four daily photos, a weight entry, and a tracker update. Daily documentation exists because long gaps create room for avoidance.
The required update is either completed or it is not.
Progress and Milestones
Daily weigh-ins in the public tracker and documented milestone weigh-ins at 320, 300, 275, 250, 225, and 200 pounds track whether the project is actually working. Weight fluctuation is recorded as progress information — only missing or false documentation is a violation.
The weight loss itself is conducted under a physician's care, at a sustainable rate. The project enforces documentation — the medicine is supervised separately.
The record is based on visible documentation and measurable results — not motivation, explanations, or intentions.
Missed Requirements and Consequences
Missed requirements are documented publicly. If I fail to meet a requirement, the miss is recorded permanently in the public Violation Log — the date, the requirement missed, the status, when the correction was submitted, when it was resolved, and the Accountability Partner's verification result. The correction is public too: corner time, recorded in one unbroken take, posted to the official channel, and published beside the entry that caused it — and it stays there after it is served. A consequence nobody can see is one I would eventually learn to discount, and I have discounted enough already.
The purpose is not drama. The purpose is enforcement.
Why the Record Is Permanent
A record I could delete later is not a record — it is a draft. If an exit existed, every hard day would point toward it: quit, clean up, pretend it never happened. Permanence closes that door. Quitting no longer erases anything, so the only version of the future where these photos end well is the one where the later photos show 200.
That is why the record is deliberately built to operate without my cooperation. It is administered by the Accountability Partner, not by me. It is mirrored across independent archives — this website, the public tracker, the YouTube channel, and a public photo archive — each with its own copy. It is indexed by search engines under my real name, on purpose, so it can be found by anyone who looks. I cannot soften it, edit it, or take it down, and any attempt to would itself become part of the record.
Published versions are archived and timestamped. The next photo can still change the story.
