A corrective session answers one thing: a failure to document the day as required, by ten PM Eastern. It is not a consequence for the weight. A gain, a plateau, or a bad month is never a Violation Event. (A week without loss ends the Weekly Review with a fixed 15-minute period on camera under §3 — a separate, non-escalating requirement that never enters this log.)
Every confirmed Violation Event is answered this way, and the requirement is set by the Accountability Partner against the project's standards — not against anything outside them.
The duration follows the accumulated count of confirmed violations, so a second failure costs more than a first and a third costs more than a second.
| Level | Assigned when | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Level One | First confirmed Violation Event | 10 minutes |
| Level Two | Second confirmed Violation Event | 20 minutes |
| Level Three and after | Third and every later Violation Event | 30 minutes |
The standard
Facing the designated corner or wall, standing upright, hands behind the head, feet shoulder-width apart, substantially still for the whole period. No phone, entertainment, reading, or unrelated activity.
The project uniform (§4.1): plain black unitard — the same standard as every official recording.
Begins only once the required position is established — not when the recording starts. Time spent getting into position does not count toward the assigned period.
One continuous, unedited take, fully AI-voiced. The participant does not speak. A verification code issued by the record seconds before capture is burned into every frame, so the footage cannot be older than it claims.
Leaving the position, materially changing posture, or ending early invalidates the attempt. The full period is completed again from zero — a shortened session counts for nothing.
The session must be completed, recorded, and filed within 72 hours of the violation notice. The Accountability Partner cannot extend or waive this except under a documented §9 exception; missing it is itself a new violation at the next level.
Submitting the session resolves the entry — the public posting is the evidence. The Accountability Partner reviews it against the written standard — identity, attire, elapsed time, and an unbroken take — and may overrule only on that standard, with a stated reason.
Demonstration
The written standard below is the whole requirement. Corrective sessions on the record are filed against a specific entry; they appear beside that entry, not here.
Why it is published
The recording is published beside the entry that caused it, and it stays there. Completing a corrective requirement closes the obligation; it does not remove the recording, and neither does resolution of the entry.
The reasoning is the same as for the daily record itself. Every previous attempt at this ended quietly, because quitting cost nothing and nobody knew there had been a plan. A consequence nobody can see is one that would eventually be discounted too.
All published material is safe for work: the participant is fully covered in the project uniform throughout. Verification photographs are held privately and are not published.
The full terms are in §8.2 and §8.6 of the signed agreement.
