Entirely. I designed the system, asked for it in writing, and signed it — precisely because voluntary private promises kept failing. The Accountability Partner will administer the structure once it is counter-signed; he did not impose it, and no new requirement binds unless I co-sign the amendment.

People who know me may come across this record. That visibility is intentional. A respectful acknowledgment is welcome, but visitors have no enforcement role.

Today, yes — and that is stated plainly. Until an Accountability Partner is engaged, Micheal administers the site, the domain, and the record sheet himself, and the record is held only to its own published rules. Published versions are archived and timestamped, so changing the live page would not erase them; it would make an attempt harder to hide, not impossible. When a Partner is engaged, control of the site, domain, and record passes to the Partner. Under the agreement, thirty days of silence or an attempt to take the record down converts the site to an abandonment record.

The project enforces documentation, not medicine; medical decisions are made with a physician and sit outside the record (§6.4, §9). Violations are documentation failures. Ordinary weight fluctuation is never a violation.

One way: 200 pounds, held for 28 consecutive days under the verification standard. Then the site converts to a completion record. Any other ending — abandonment or termination — is also recorded, publicly, under the agreement’s terms (§11).
