Consent & boundaries
I asked for this project and I can stop it. Here is what that means, and what watching the record does and doesn’t allow.
Mine to decide
- Taking part is voluntary. I can withdraw at any time by telling the Accountability Partner; the record says I withdrew.
- A corrective session stops at once for pain, dizziness, numbness, an injury concern or an emergency, with no restart or added time. A good-faith safety stop is never punished.
- Health, medication, emergencies and essential work come first. I ask the Accountability Partner for an exception in advance when I can; it applies only once approved, and only to what it names. Inconvenience or a reading I don’t like is not one. Approved exceptions.
- Medical decisions are mine and private. This site doesn’t give medical advice.
What stays private
- Bathrooms, changing, private conversations, visitors who haven’t agreed, and work information.
- Verification photographs, signed copies, accounts and passwords.
- Published material can be corrected, redacted or taken down when safety, privacy, consent or the law requires it, with a dated note where appropriate.
If you’re watching: welcome
- Check the record.
- Ask me whether today’s packet is in, whether I’ve completed the corrective session I owe, or whether I’m on supervision tonight; email me at contact@michealrayberry.com. Hold me accountable →
- Report something that looks wrong through the report form. The Accountability Partner reviews it; I don’t.
Not okay
- Harassment, threats, stalking or confrontation.
- Showing up uninvited.
- Contacting my employer or coworkers, or interfering with my job.
- Trying to find private information about me or anyone else.
- Watching doesn’t give anyone authority to set rules or hand out consequences.
“I am deliberately making this accountability public. I want this project seen, found, shared, discussed, and followed under my real name. Visibility creates pressure I cannot quietly escape. I consent to people observing this public record and holding me to the commitments I have voluntarily made.”— Micheal Ray Berry
The consent recording
I chose this project. This is the recording where I said so.
Edition 2 · recorded October 3, 2026 · the agreement took effect October 3, 2026.
The recording opens with 15 to 30 seconds in my own voice: who I am, Edition 2, that I’ve read and understand the requirements, that I choose to take part, and that I can stop. A synthetic narration follows; it doesn’t replace my statement. A recording alone doesn’t prove that both of us signed; the Accountability Partner verifies the signatures and reviews the recording separately.
