Edition 2 · in plain English
The rules
The whole project in six parts. The signed agreement has the full wording; where this page and the agreement differ, the agreement wins.
1 · Every day by 10:00 PM ET
- My weight, sent by the scale. I report the reading as it is.
- Five photographs: Wait (feet together, hands behind my back), then front, right, rear and left with hands behind my head (Amendment 2).
- One inspection video: a single continuous take through the same views, with a verification code on screen.
- The tracker, updated.
- All in the black unitard. Something filed late still counts for its date; the Accountability Partner decides whether the deadline was met.
2 · Evening Supervision
- 6:00–10:00 PM ET on nights before a scheduled workday (Sunday–Thursday), live on twitch.tv/michealrayberry from fixed cameras, in the black unitard.
- A normal evening: cooking, eating, cleaning, TV, reading. The living and dining areas are in order before it starts.
- Water only. Dinner is a healthy home-cooked meal with yogurt for dessert, and nothing outside it. No delivery, takeout or convenience meals.
- Bathrooms, changing, private conversations, work information and visitors who haven’t agreed stay off camera.
3 · Every Monday
- A recorded Weekly Review, in the black unitard, with every figure read from the record.
- Milestones at 320, 300, 275, 250, 225, 200 lb become official after a verification weigh-in, a milestone video and the Accountability Partner’s review.
4 · If I miss something
- The Accountability Partner checks it. A confirmed miss goes on the public violation log and stays there.
- It costs a recorded corrective session: 10 minutes for the first, 20 for the second, 30 for the third and every one after.
- Pink unitard, facing the corner, hands behind my head (from minute 15 of the hold they may move behind my back if needed), in one unbroken AI-voiced recording, filed within 72 hours and published beside the entry.
- Gaining weight, a plateau or a slow month is never a violation. Only failing to document, or breaking a written rule, is.
5 · Who decides
- The Accountability Partner runs the site and the official record, reviews the evidence, confirms violations, verifies corrections and confirms completion.
- I file the evidence and can ask for a factual correction. I can’t approve my own compliance or remove an entry.
- Anyone can report something they noticed. A report is evidence; it doesn’t create rules or consequences.
6 · How it ends
- Completion: 200.0 lb or less on 28 consecutive daily weigh-ins, confirmed by the Accountability Partner.
- I can withdraw at any time by telling the Accountability Partner. The record says I withdrew.
- After 30 active days in a row with nothing filed, a written notice and 7 days to resume, the Accountability Partner may record an ending without verified completion.
Restricted places
From October 5, 2026 (Amendments 3, 5, 6 and 7): I don’t visit, buy from, or eat or drink at fast-food places, bars, pubs, nightclubs or liquor stores, or stay 20 minutes or more at a restaurant. I stop only at places the Accountability Partner has approved, and I am at required places when scheduled. My phone reports my location to the Accountability Partner at all times; it is never published, and I can see every time it’s viewed. A stop of 5 minutes or more at an unapproved place, a missed required place, or more than 10 minutes without reports is a violation unless it was an emergency, an approved exception, or accepted as unavoidable. A confirmed breach, or an unexplained or deliberate tracking stop, is a violation like any other, with the same corrective session.
Exercise
From October 4, 2026 (Amendment 4): the Accountability Partner can assign an exercise routine I have approved, with a due time. I do it as prescribed, in the black project uniform, recorded in one take. A verified miss is a violation like any other, with the same corrective session — never extra exercise. A safety stop is never a violation. The exercise record →
Exceptions
Ask in advance. Approval must be explicit. Until the Accountability Partner approves it, the original requirement stays in effect, and approval changes only the requirements it names. Planned requests come at least 24 hours ahead; an emergency that couldn’t be foreseen can be reported afterwards. An approved exception can prevent a violation, but it never counts as something done: an excused weigh-in isn’t a qualifying weight. A safety stop never waits for approval. Approved exceptions →
Safety, privacy & consent
Taking part is voluntary. A corrective session stops at once for pain, dizziness, numbness or an emergency, and a good-faith safety stop is never punished. Health, emergencies and essential work come first. Boundaries →
